Green House Products

Grow bag
When coconut husk is processed to coir fiber, the emanating by-products are “fiber” (1/3 of the husk) and “Coco Peat” (2/3 of the husk). Coco peat is also called coir dust or coir peat or coir pith. Coco peat is widely used as a growing medium in the horticulture industry and is a superior alternative for Peat Moss. It also bears a very high water holding capacity and gives maximum efficiency for fertilizer usage.
Coco Peat is subject to washing, sieving, and drying before being converted into the final product. It is pressed into different block sizes according to the customer requirements and then shipped to requisite buyers. Sometimes Coco Peat and Husk chips are mixed in different ratios before processing, and conversion into the final product depends on the vegetation type and customer requirement. In horticulture, Coco Peat is recommended as a substitute for peat moss since it is free of bacteria and fungal spores. It also sustains environmental damage desparate the ill effects of Peat mining.

Grow cubes
Grow Cubes provide an ideal solution for roots damages that occurs in vegetative or propagation in the hydroponics and horticulture industry. It is perfect for plant nurseries. Coco Pole (Coir Pole, Moss Stick) is a spotting pole for potted plant creepers to grow indoors and outdoor gardens made by wrapping natural coir fiber in either form of mattress fiber rubberized coir pads or coir yarn around a hollow PVC pipe. 25kg Compress block
In most cases, the growing industry is made from coco peat. 25 compression blocks are used. These are produced by increasing or decreasing the percentage of coir fibers in the mixture by using different mixtures depending on the need of the crop. Coco chips or crushed material can be added during this preparation. The uniqueness of the block is that it is less compressed and easier to loosen and retains moisture optimally well.

Disc
- Coir discs are made by compressing 100% pure organic peat into a round-shaped disc. They can be manufactured in different sizes.

4.5-5kg compress block
Coconut husk chips are the best soil conditioner. They are made by cutting chunks of coconut husk into uniform sizes.
It is widely used in farming industry and other agricultural uses and is also used as an alternative to FIR BARK. Coco husk chips can be used regardless of soil types or weather conditions.

Coir pad
Rubber coir mattresses and high-quality rubber coir sheets are used to make sofa and cushion furniture. Unbroken coir fibers are used as the main raw material for rubber coir sheets. It is extracted and mechanically twisted to use the elasticity of the fiber material effectively. Vulcanized rubber is used to bind the fibers together and hold the fiber in place.
Coir blanket
Another major solution for soil erosion is coir mat blankets. These are made from 100% coconut fiber.

Twine ropes / Twine roles
Twine is a strong thread, light thread, or rope consisting of two or more thin strands. The fibers are directed in the opposite direction to their twisting, which adds tension to the wires and prevents them from being exposed. This process is sometimes called reverse winding. The natural fibers used to make twine include wool, cotton, jute, hemp, paper, and coir. The only technology used to make the twine is to twist the yarn, the yarn, and the rope into strong and thick yarn.

Twisted fiber
Twisted fiber is another popular mode of transport fiber. Twisted fibers are often used in the manufacture of mattresses. In manufacturing rubber mattresses and cushions, it is necessary to have good penetration into the rubber latex fibers. The twisted fibers have a curling effect and help the rubber latex to penetrate well.
There are two types of twisted fibers depending on the purpose. They are mattress fibers, and composite fibers. Both coils can be twisted and the most commonly used size is the 20 KG coil.
Weed mat
Needle-punch mattresses with natural rubber latex are made of coir. This mat also acts as a soil modifier, contributing to the establishment of plants and the balanced and healthy growth of plants.
It suppresses the weeds around the growing plants and allows the plant to grow well. It also allows easy air and water exchange. These biodegradable mats have a default thickness of 1 cm and now come as a single mat that can be customized.
Bristle fiber
Bristol coir fibers are mainly used in the brush and broom industry. The permanent, straight, and long fibers of fibers are called bristle or brush fibers. The basic grade of bristle fibers is called 1 tie fiber.
Based on the length of the fiber and the general condition of the fiber, it is further hacked and classified into 2 ties and 3 ties. These are produced in wax, cut, bleached grades as well as black and white fibers.

Cut fiber
Fiber cut into 0.5 – 2.5 cm size fibers and compressed into bells. These cut fibers are used in hydro-mulch or aquatic seedling mixtures in the agricultural industry. The use of cut fiber in the hydro ding seed mixture provides a better medium for seed germination. The coir fibers in coir mulch provide structural stability to the hydro-mulch mixture.
Bale fiber
Mattress fibers and mix fibers can be compressed into bales, each bale weighing 125 to 150 kg.
The load capacity when using plastic or metal straps is 20 metric tons and 22 metric tons for a 40-foot container, respectively.
Bales are a very economical method of transporting fiber for a wide range of industries, from luxury car seat manufacturing to corrosion control blankets.
