Coconut water

Naturally fresh, coconut water has a sweet, savory taste. It contains easily digestible carbohydrates in the form of sugar and electrolytes. Not to be confused with high-fat coconut milk or oil, coconut water is a clear liquid in the fruit center which is taken from young, green coconut. Simple coconut water may be a better choice for adults and children looking for a less sugary drink.

Coconut water has less sugar than most sports drinks, soda and fruit juices. It is low in calories, low in sodium, and high in potassium. An ounce by ounce, most unpasteurized coconut water contains 5.45 calories, 1.3 grams of sugar, 61 milligrams of potassium, and 5.45 milligrams of sodium. In comparison, Gatorade has 6.25 calories, 1.75 grams of sugar, 3.75 milligrams of potassium, and 13.75 milligrams of sodium.

King coconut water

King Coconut (Cocos nucifera v. Orantiaca) is a coconut native to Sri Lanka. Known for its bright orange peel. King Coconut grows freely and abundantly throughout the Island. King Coconut contains potassium and magnesium. It is not like ordinary coconut water, it has a remarkable natural unique taste. It is called the King Coconut not only because of its rich flavor but also because of its naturally occurring electrolyte levels. It is very similar to our blood plasma. Ranawara tea drink

Ranawara (Cassia articulate) has been widely used as a herbal tea in Sri Lanka for many generations. Ranawara tea is one of the most popular medicinal teas in Sri Lanka due to its many health benefits.
